Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority at Texas Cycle Chrome, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand, however, that there are times when you may not be satisfied with your purchase. We strive to make returns and exchanges easy for our customers and have developed the following guidelines to make the process go smoothly for you.
Damaged items, missing items, wrong product shipped
We work hard to ensure that your order is in good condition and that all in-stock items are in the box when we ship it to you. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt to ensure that everything is in the box and is undamaged. In the event that all or part of your order is damaged in shipping, or an item listed as shipped on your packing list is not in the box, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and let us know. You can call us at 713-983-8700 or email us at Returns@TexasCycleChrome.com. Be prepared to give us your name, the invoice number, the part number(s) of the missing or damaged item(s) and a telephone number where we can contact you to discuss the problem. For damaged items or misfilled items, we will make arrangements to have our shipper pick up the items at our expense. For missing items, we will reship the product to you at our expense.
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong product?
We understand that sometimes folks change their minds or accidentally order the wrong product. Before removing any product from its packaging, make sure it is the proper fitment for your application and that you plan to keep the item. If you decide that you do not want to keep the product, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can call us at 713-983-8700 or email us at Returns@TexasCycleChrome.com to obtain your RMA number. We cannot accept returns without an RMA. Be prepared to give us your name, the invoice number, the part number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and a telephone number where we can contact you.
All returned merchandise must be in new and resalable condition, in its original carton with all the original packing material, accessories, instructions and guarantees. If the product was installed or removed from shrink wrapped or blister sealed packaging, we cannot accept the return except in the case of manufacturer defect.
Texas Cycle Chrome does not charge a restocking fee for returns. Shipping charges to return the product to Texas Cycle Chrome will be paid by the customer if the return is a result of customer error. Unfortunately, the original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
